1. Seamless hot push forming
Process: After heating the titanium tube, it is thermally pushed and formed using a mold
Advantages: seamless, uniform wall thickness, high strength, high pressure resistance
Applicable to: high-demand pipe fittings such as elbows and tees
2. Welding and forming
Process: Titanium plate rolled / welded and formed after assembly welding
Advantages: Low cost, and larger diameter offers more advantages
Key point: Argon gas shielded welding must be employed to ensure the quality of the weld seam
3. Forging process
Process: Forged and shaped from titanium rod/ingot
Advantages: Dense organization, extremely high pressure resistance
Applicable to: flanges, forged tees, and high-pressure pipe fittings
4. Post-processing
Acid pickling and passivation: Forming a dense oxide film to enhance corrosion resistance
Flaw detection: X-ray and ultrasonic inspection to ensure no cracks or defects
Size inspection: Ensure compliance with national standards / American standards (GB, ASTM, ASME)
