2、 Petrochemical scene

Carbon steel/alloy pipe cap: made of Q235B or 316L material, resistant to high pressure and corrosion, suitable for chemical medium transportation, and must meet the pressure rating requirements of the national standard.

Stainless steel pipe cap: It performs better in chloride ion environments and is suitable for coastal or highly corrosive chemical environments.

Thick walled carbon steel pipe cap: such as DN150 specification, with strong pressure bearing capacity, suitable for high-pressure fluid transportation, requiring customized wall thickness and compressive strength.

Alloy steel pipe cap: such as Shifei brand, acid and alkali resistant, high pressure resistant, suitable for power plants or special industrial media.

Select materials based on the characteristics of the medium, such as prioritizing 316L stainless steel in chemical environments.
